  • Low-loss, hard and scratch resistant laser mirror coating for laser applications in the UV, VIS and in the NIR spectral range
  • Also suitable as output coupler (AOI = 0°) or as a plate beamsplitter

  • Any reflection ratio can be specified for the central wavelength λ0
  • Damage thresholds:
  • H∞ > 3 J/cm2 at 248 nm with 20 ns laser pulses (s-on-1) at 10 Hz
  • H∞ > 5 J/cm2 at 308 nm with 20 ns laser pulses (s-on-1) at 10 Hz
  • H∞ > 10 J/cm2 at 532 nm with 15 ns laser pulses (s-on-1) at 10 Hz
  • H∞ > 30 J/cm2 at 1064 nm with 11 ns laser pulses (s-on-1) at 10 Hz
  • Design adaptable in the spectral range of 180 nm ≤ λ ≤ 2200 nm and for other angles of incidence as well as for different polarization
  • Substrates: CaF2, N-BK7, fused silica, or similar
