Low-loss, hard and scratch resistant laser mirror coating for two laser wavelengths, each in the UV and in the VIS spectral range
Also suitable as beam steering mirror (AOI = 45°) or resonator end mirror (AOI = 0°)
Guaranteed reflection > 99.8 % for laser wavelengths (λ > 300 nm) in the UV and VIS spectral range for AOI = 0° or > 99.5 % for AOI = 45° (average polarization)
Damage threshold H_∞> 30 J/cm² at 532 nm with 20 ns laser pulses (s-on-1)
Design adaptable in the spectral range of 260 nm ≤ λ ≤ 1100 nm and for other angles of incidence
Substrates: fused silica, N-BK7, or similar
